To Ike and Tochi Osuji, combining innovation with time kept tradition has been a motto since the moment they met. Both alumni from Washington D.C. universities, these pioneers have made it a goal to serve the public – applying their shared knowledge and individual specialties.
Ike is a physician specializing in internal medicine. Upon having completed his residency at Howard University, Ike and Tochi married and relocated to Dallas at the turn of the century. Finally in a place they could call “home”, Ike opened a primary care practice facility in Southern Dallas. Since he has been of service to over 12,000 residents per year.
Tochi, a cosmetologist and alum of George Washington University also has a background in the medical field. While pursuing a Master’s Degree in Hospital administration, she worked as a Manager in the Surgery Department at Georgetown University Hospital. Upon relocation to Dallas, Tochi worked as an Administrator at the University of Texas Hospital for 10 years tenure.
Motivated to reignite her passion for a more direct form of service, Tochi jump-started the idea for a medical spa, wherein she would be able to apply her and her husband’s skills towards her knack for beauty and wellness. Thus, My Choice Spa & Wellness Lounge was born.
Together, the two collaborate to deliver state of the art beauty and wellness treatments including but not limited to Anti-Aging solutions to include injectibles, (BOTOX®, XEOMIN®, Juvederm & RADIESSE®) various acne solutions, medically supervised weight loss, allergy testing and hormone therapies. Upscale day spa services such as massages, body wraps and esthetician administered facials are also available at My Choice Spa & Wellness Lounge.
With the help and teamwork of their staff, this power couple hopes to help others realize and accentuate their beauty – from the inside out.
